Begin Your Care with a 15-Min Consultation
The best way to begin is by scheduling a 15-minute consultation. This allows our care team to learn more about your hair loss needs, answer your questions, and guide you toward the best care pathway.
During your consultation, we may discuss your coverage needs, comfort preferences, lifestyle, insurance or self-pay options, and which TRUE care option may be the best fit.
Yes. A consultation is always recommended before ordering, so our care team can better understand your needs and guide you toward the most appropriate option.
Because cranial prosthesis care is personal, we do not believe clients should have to guess which unit type, fit, or coverage option is right for them.
Clients using insurance or HSA/FSA are required to complete a Cranial Prosthesis Consultation so we can properly document medical need, outline coverage options, and map your care journey.
Your consultation is a brief phone call designed to help you feel informed before moving forward.
We may discuss your current hair loss concerns, desired coverage, comfort needs, lifestyle, timeline, and whether you are interested in self-pay or insurance support.
After the consultation, we will guide you toward the next step, which may include taking your measurements, completing forms, submitting documentation, reviewing care options, receiving an estimate, or beginning the order process.
Yes. You do not have to figure this out alone.
Many clients come to TRUE by K. NicoleĀ® unsure of what they need, what insurance may cover, or which option is best for their hair loss needs. Our care process is designed to provide education, guidance, and support so you can make informed decisions with clarity.
